I believe I am ready to start this adventure to Argentina! I still can't believe I'm leaving TODAY! This is the day that I have been waiting for for SEVEN years! Thank you, Lord, for answering this prayer.
Pray for our team today as everyone is making their way to Miami (my flight leaves Charleston at 3:25pm). Our flight from Miami to Buenos Aires isn't until 11:20pm. Looking forward to getting some team bonding in for a few hours in the airport. :) And then we're off and we'll arrive in BA around 9am tomorrow. 10 hour flight. Awesome.
Not sure how I feel about sleeping on the plane. I hope the person sitting next to me doesn't mind a little drool on their shoulder. haha Just kidding. I'm just praying I'll be rested enough to have energy when we land and start the day.
To tell you the truth, I'm actually looking forward to cooler weather. Charleston has been rather hot these past few days. I've already scalded my legs from getting into my toasty leather seats of my car. But, you better believe I'll be ready for some beach when I get back. Sullivan's Island. Station 18. See you there.
This is the longest out of country trip I've taken. Is it bad that I'm already planning to go back next summer? I just know I'm going to fall in love with this country. I mean, I have been praying for it for the past 7 years.
I'm excited to see what the Lord is going to do this summer and how He is going to use us to expand His Kingdom.
