First step: (after cracking open the coconut by throwing it on the ground as hard as you can) remove the coconut "meat" from the shell using a very sharp knife. (It's a lot harder than you'd think) |

Second step: Grate the coconut |
Third: Add some water (how much? I have no idea) |
Fourth: Squeeze the water out of the coconut shavings reserving the "milk" |
Fifth: Throw some sea salt and oil into a large pan, add the coconut milk. Once the milk is boiling add the rice and cover for about 30-40 minutes. |
Viola! Coconut rice, beef and peppers, and avocados. Absolute deliciousness! |
