Last day in Buenos Aires...

Today is our last full day in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Even though I'm really sad (I've already cried once and I'm sure there will be more tears to come in the next few days) to be leaving this great city and wonderful people, I'm ready to come home. Everyone is exhausted. The Lord has done absolutely incredible things in the past month and a half and has revealed His glory in so many ways. The gospel was shared hundreds of times and we saw about 30 Argentine college students trust Christ.. The Lord has given me such a burden for this place. There are still so many Argentines who are far from God, who still need to hear and respond to the gospel. I'm coming back. Pray with me as I wait on the Lord's perfect timing.

We head to Colonia, Uruguay in the morning for a few days of debriefing. We will have time to process what we learned on summer project and rest. Rest will be so nice. I'm looking forward to getting away from the big city and, of course, getting my passport stamped again! :)

I'll have a final Argentina Summer Project update when I return to Charleston next week. Is it bad that I already have planned to eat at Chick-fil-a for dinner on Wednesday night? And that I'm going to the beach the day I get back? It'll be nice to have a summer. Not really looking forward to 100 degree weather, but I'll take it.

Chau,
